“Hygge” – a Danish word describing the enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures.  If the other half has trouble has a gripe about you spending money on candles and understanding the pleasure you get from them, then let him know – the 5oz candle burns up to 30 hours, and the 15oz candle for up to 70 hours.  If that’s not enough to put you in the good books, then just let them know once the candle has finished burning, the vessel can be reused for a decorative pot!
