RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If he, or you are not bowled over by your purchase and like my husband would prefer a Rolex GMT, we can give you a refund.
The conditions below however do need to be adhered to in order for us to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
Please be sure to take care of our products while they are in your care as we are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not in pristine condition, unused, in its original packaging and is ready to be resold.
The manufacturer’s packaging is considered part of the product – please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.
Original and returns postage is non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange a product, please email us at email@example.com within 21 days, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange with you as long as the goods are in resalable condition.
Return your items within 14 days of receipt.
We endeavour to check all of our goods before dispatch, but should the item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please send a snapshot of the damaged product along with the problem at: firstname.lastname@example.org
